Will this completely stop my nighttime bingeing?

This course gives you the tools, insight, and structure to understand what’s really going on and take solid first steps. You’ll learn what drives your nighttime eating and how to begin shifting it in a practical way.

How fast will I see results?

That depends. Some women notice changes in a few days, like fewer urges or feeling more in control. For others, it takes longer. This course isn't an overnight fix, but a very solid foundation that will lead to freedom with practice.

Do I need a lot of time each day to do this?

You can go at your own pace. Most lessons are short and to the point, and the tools are designed to be used in real life... even if you're busy, tired, or overwhelmed.

Is this a diet or eating plan?

I won’t tell you what to eat or to count calories. What I will show you is how to figure out your trigger and what to do about it so you don't binge again.

What if I’ve already tried everything and nothing worked?

Totally get that. Many who take this course have felt the same way. This approach is different. I will explain why willpower hasn't been working for you and what to do instead to stop the habit of nighttime snacking and bingeing.
